Terms governing cancellation of orders.
Orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled once payment has been confirmed and order processing has started.
A cancellation request may be considered only before processing/dispatch, at TYB's discretion.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will generally not be available.
If applicable law requires cancellation or refund in a particular circumstance, such requirement will prevail.
