Payment Policy

Payments may be accepted through payment methods made available on the Website.
A transaction is considered successful only after confirmation from the relevant payment gateway/payment processor.

TYB is not responsible for:
- Bank failures
- Payment gateway downtime
- Incorrect payment details entered by the customer
- Failed or reversed transactions caused by the customer's bank/payment provider

If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, the customer should contact TYB with the transaction/reference details.
