Publishing & Author Submission Policy

If TYB accepts manuscripts, submissions or publishing proposals:

- Submission does not guarantee publication.
- TYB may review submissions at its discretion.
- Publication decisions are made independently by TYB.
- Authors must have the legal right to submit the submitted material.
- Authors must not knowingly submit plagiarized, infringing or unlawful content.
- The author remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of information/content supplied by them.
- Acceptance of a manuscript does not automatically create a publishing agreement unless a separate agreement is executed.
- Commercial terms, royalties, rights and publishing responsibilities may be governed by a separate written agreement.
